Mid-40s is actually the sweet spot for most Orlando lifestyle clubs! The typical range I see is 30-55, with most couples being in their late 30s to late 40s. You'll fit right in. Some clubs skew younger (especially the trendy off-premise spots), but the traditional on-premise clubs have a good mix. Nobody is judging age — the lifestyle community is more about energy, attitude, and connection than looking like models.

We're 47 and 45 and we're regulars at several Orlando clubs. Never felt out of place. The lifestyle community is one of the most body-positive, age-positive communities you'll find. Just bring a good attitude and have fun!
