Ranch 4 Play — Saturday night parties worth the drive?

We usually go to Secrets Hideaway but heard good things about Ranch 4 Play. It seems more rural and out of the way. Is it worth making the trip? What makes it different from Secrets?

Ranch 4 Play is a completely different experience from Secrets and worth checking out at least once. Here's what sets it apart:

  • Outdoor focus — Large swimming pool, two hot tubs, and an outdoor area that feels like a backyard BBQ meets a lifestyle party. If you're an outdoor/pool couple, you'll love it.
  • The buffet — They serve a complimentary dinner buffet every Saturday night, and a breakfast spread later. The food is surprisingly good and it's a nice social icebreaker.
  • Smaller, more intimate — Where Secrets might have 150-200 people on a Saturday, Ranch 4 Play is more like 50-80. This means less anonymity but more connection.
  • Chill vibe — The music is more background than dance-floor-focused. People come to socialize, swim, and play, not to rage.
  • Private and group rooms — Solid play areas inside the house.

The drive depends on where you are in Orlando. From the tourist corridor it's about 30-40 minutes. The rural setting is actually part of the charm — you feel like you've escaped the city entirely.

We alternate between Secrets and Ranch 4 Play depending on our mood. Secrets for the big club energy, Ranch for the chill pool-party energy.

Ranch 4 Play is our favorite venue in Central Florida, hands down. We prefer the smaller crowd and the outdoor atmosphere. On a warm night, sitting in the hot tub with a cocktail and meeting new couples under the stars — it doesn't get better than that. The drive is worth it. Just make sure to check their calendar because they don't always have events every Saturday.
